Our services
Email Support
Our Email support service is confidential. This has been set up to allow its users to gain important help and support without the added worry of having to talk out loud about it.
We will not pass on any of your information to anyone else, unless you specifically ask us to involve another person or organisation.
The only time that we may need to involve others is if we feel that you are in serious danger, and obviously we can only do this if you decide to give us your real name and address.
Confidential login
At 1step we understand the importance of confidentiality, so we have created a login service that will help you remain completely anonymous.
It is quick and easy to use, all you have to do is create a login and fill in the name that you would like to be known as. Once this is done you can begin emailing us for support from this account.
This only takes a matter of minutes, and once it is set-up you can talk to us without the added anxiety of worrying about other people finding out. We aim to reply to your messages within two to four days.
Information about abuse
Although you can find information about abuse on our website, our main aim is to offer personalised support on a one-to-one basis, via email. For this reason we have posted the links of other, similar websites of organisations that are more 'info-based'.
If you would like us to answer any questions you may have about abuse, we would be happy to hear from you. Drop us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Database of support services
This part of the website is still being worked on, as we are gathering data from organisations all over the UK to put together a large, easy to use database. It is quite small at the moment but is being regulalry updated and will soon have a huge range of services all over the UK.
